The concept plan has to be made coherent.
A lerger, competition-winning scheme, developed to final presentation.
The plan and elevations evolve simultaneously in ever greater detail.
...until the materials and nature of construction, junctions and colour, down to the rainwater disposal and glazing design are all addressed.
